“Room Requests” can be made on our website here https://www.rmhc-centralpa.org/be-our-guest/. Because we never ask a family to check out while their child is still in the hospital, we don’t know how many rooms will be available on any given day, and therefore cannot take “Reservations”. Rooms are filled on an as available basis and cannot be guaranteed until the scheduled day of arrival. Please call 717-533-4001 x-0 the morning of your requested arrival date between 8:00-9:00 a.m. to check on space and confirm your room.
Check In
Guest check-in and orientation is between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Registered guests have 24-hour keyed access to the building. Adult guests need a photo ID in order to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a related adult at all times during their stay at the RMH. You must check out of the RMH if you leave Hershey for more than two nights so that other families may use the room.
