“Without the RMH, our family would have a lot more that we would have to be worrying about besides our child getting better,” Amanda said.
“I don’t know if we could have afforded to come all the way to Hershey from South Carolina and get Emma the help she needed if it wasn’t for the RMH,” Allison said. “I can’t say thank you enough to this organization for everything that they have done for my family.”
“There is power in small interactions,” Abby said. “When someone said something nice to me, it went a long way. I want to pay that forward to someone else.”
“I love the Ronald McDonald House in Hershey,” Sara said. “It provided us a home-away-from-home while my daughter underwent surgery and was recovering. It was such a blessing to my family.”
“I wish there were more people like the volunteers and donors of RMHC of Central PA in the world,” Michelle said. “The world would be a better place. Thank you for helping us during the darkest times of our lives.”
"To all of the volunteers, staff, and donors that make this place possible thank you. What you do is worth it – all that you do is appreciated and worth it."
"If the House had not been available our family would have either stayed at a hotel or commuted an hour from our home in Wyomissing. We would have endured immense stress and emotional pain from not being able to be with our children at all times. Not having to pay to stay in a hotel was an incredible relief."
"Through it all, Ronald McDonald House has been there. I cannot imagine dealing with my son’s illness without the help, support, and love of every one of the staff and volunteers, and simple words can never offer enough gratitude to them."
